Additional Information
Hans Casper is the only H C Caspersen on the Australian War Memorial Honour Roll. His name is misspelt on the Embarkation Rolls as Caspeesen.
We are unable to confirm a Williamstown connection - it may have been through his occupation as a sailmaker. He may have arrived in Williamstown in one of the Norwegian ships that called into Melbourne.
